Dataset collected by CONAPESCA, this database integrates basic statistics related to the main economic and social aspects of national aquaculture and fisheries. The Statistical Annual of Aquaculture and Fisheries main objective is to disseminate general information of national fisheries and aquaculture resources and is aimed at all types of users, such as decision makers; academics and researchers; media; institutions of the public and social sectors. The Statistical Annual of Aquaculture and Fisheries is a useful and important tool for the management of fisheries and evaluation of fisheries policy, by expanding the thematic coverage of sectoral statistics.
