- Description
-
The biological and fisheries data were collected by the Gulf of California Marine Program coming from catches of the commercial fishery at El Zanjón BC, San Felipe, BC, and Golfo de Santa Clara, Sononra, Mexico from 2009 to 2016 for 11 species (berrugata sp, Cynoscion othonopterus, cynoscion reticulatus, epinephelus acanthistius, isopisthus remifer, lobotus pacificus, micropogonias megalops, paralabrax auroguttatus, scomberomorus concolor, scomberomorus sierra, totoaba macdonaldi). The specific data of corvina (Cynoscion othonopterus), are used in the analyzes of size structure, quota and status of the fishery. In addition, these data have been shared with the Curvina Technical Group, which also analyzes this fishery on an annual basis.
