Impeachment: A Handbook by Charles L. Black, Jr. with new materials by Philip Bobbitt is now available on JSTOR. Lawfare’s blog has a free excerpt from Black’s 1973 Impeachment Handbook on the parameters of an impeachable offense.

UC San Diego Library’s guide on US Government Information has a section on the Whistleblower complaint on Ukraine and the current impeachment including a list of names and timeline with links to news sources, government sites, and other key items. The guide is updated frequently by Kelly Smith, US Government Documents librarian.
