Members of the UC San Diego community are invited to attend the second FORCE11 Scholarly Communications Summer Institute (FSCI2018) being hosted by the UC San Diego Library. All UC San Diego community members will receive a $150 tuition discount. To receive the discount, enter code: UCSD-ORA when registering.
At the FSCI, participants will have the opportunity to discuss the latest trends and gain expertise in new technologies in research flow, new forms of publication, new standards and expectations, and new ways of measuring and demonstrating success that are transforming science and scholarship.

Parking Information

Directions from I-5 North/South:
1. Exit onto La Jolla Village Drive West (from I-5 North – turn left; from I-5 South – turn right)
2. Turn right onto Villa La Jolla Drive
3. Go up the hill about 0.3 miles (stay in left lane as the right lane must turn)
4. Go past the first light (the VA center is on your right)
5. At the next signal light, drive straight into the Gilman Parking Structure or Parking lot P602. Parking is free on weekends.
6. Walk through parking lot P602 and the ceremonial green lawn to the Medical Education – Telemedicine (MET) Building.
