New Writing Series: Marylyn Tan

Marylyn Tan is a large-beasted, supple, queer, female Chinese Singaporean writer-artist. Her work subverts, reverts and perverts, disrespects respectability, and reclaims power. Her first child, “GAZE BACK,” is the lesbo trans-genre grimoire you never knew you needed. It made her the first woman-poet to clinch the Singapore Literature Prize.
