Bring the family for a day of interactive fun at UC San Diego Park & Market. The event will feature mini-sessions led by our very own Exhibits and Events Coordinator Scott Paulson and a Puppet Parade.
Visitors will enjoy Short Tales from the Mothership, a sci-fi micro-fiction storytelling experience inspired by the otherworldly architecture of Geisel Library, underscored with synthesizers and theremins. This is a hands-on, family-friendly activity that has been part of UC San Diego Library’s long history of outreach, presented in a special road version for Park & Market!
The UC San Diego Bookstore will be present at the event, offering a selection of graphic novels and other sci-fi/fantasy books for purchase.
This event is free and open to the public, with no registration required.
