The San Diego Circuit libraries (Circuit), a consortium of six prominent academic and public libraries, received a $25,000 grant from the Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) in August 2022 to create a campaign website and a a digital communications toolkit designed to help community members identify and protect themselves from health misinformation.
The toolkit was developed to help library workers across the San Diego region and beyond share the skills necessary for health misinformation resilience by launching their own online public education campaigns.
This exhibit showcases some of the materials included in the digital communications toolkit that has been made available to libraries, community partners and the public in an effort to thwart the spread of health misinformation.
