A Pueblo Indian
Back
Inscription | A Pueblo Indian. The Pueblo Indian of bold resolute and determined character is picturesque anywhere and always. Mute, solemn and dignified generally, yet have the antics of children at the dance ceremonies. Indians who are neither naked nor poor, were Weavers, Silversmiths, Farmers, and Irrigators before the new world was discovered. Independent today and ask no aid from Washington. Property of John Goodman. 1915. |
