- Description
-
This CAVEcam was shot in the Temple of Ramsesses III at Medinet Habu. This is inside one of the two Royal Treasure Halls. The particularly brilliant colors were captured by time exposures (about 2 sec. at f/16).

Dick Ainsworth rendered the images using VR rendering with Adobe Lightroom to adjust exposure and extend dynamic range, stitching in PTGui, and final adjustments in Photoshop. Multiple techniques were used in creating this final image. HDR recovery in Lightroom provided additional detail in both highlight and shadow areas. The image of the man in the doorway was from a secondary shot, spliced into the original panorama.
