Description | Reflection contrast microscopy overview of a glomerular section after chronic infusion of inactive hyaluronidase. Presence of DAB stained albumin results in a red reflection, which is found around glomerular capillaries, specifically at podocyte surface. The sample has been imaged at 46 nm pixel-1 resolution over an area of 109 x 131 ╡m2. See MP9525: D2_RK_Ab1to100_18500x_stitch for an adjacent section imaged with TEM. |
