- Description
-
Cultured retinal pigment epithelial cell were stably transfected with mCherry-clathrin light chain and EGFP-epsin. Live-cell time lapse images were collected on a Nikon TiE TIRF with a 100x1.49 NA objective (~67nm/pixel) using 120 ms exposures. This time series of mCherry-clathrin light chain is part of an image series that includes a single single dual color image and the time series for the EGFP-epsin as separate files.
