Notes taken at two different sessions. The first session taken is on March 13 and 14. The notes contains topics about the students and wages in Shanghai Shipyard. Students are expected to combine theory and practice through practical work, and they were not counted as work force. The wage was based on the workers' technical skills and political attitude. On March 14, there was a discussion with the technician, planer operator, women lather operator, apprentice and worker in hull assembly. The topic contains the Revolutionary Committee system, the Production Committee, Cultural Revolution. The second section is the note on the Cultural Revolution in the shipyard.
