Que habiendose aprobado el artículo 5o. de la Acta Constitutiva, en estos términos. "La Nacion Mexicana, adopta para su Gobierno la forma de República representativa, populár federal" se publique desde luego, solemnizando la públicacion con salvas de Artillería, repiques, y acostumbradas demostraciones de regocijo
