- Description
-
This report evaluates the impact of Proposition 56 on tobacco-related indicators across California's general population and priority groups, including racial/ethnic minorities, sexual and gender minorities, rural residents, and individuals with mental health challenges. The report tracks changes in smoking and vaping behaviors, secondhand exposure, quit attempts, and policy coverage, comparing data before and after Proposition 56 funds were allocated. It also highlights significant disparities between priority populations at the baseline assessment.
