- Creation Date
A representation of the "Tower of the Juche Idea." It was named for the concept first referred to in a speech given by Kim Il-sung on December 28, 1955, "On Eliminating Dogmatism and Formalism and Establishing Juche in Ideological Work." The tower was built to commemorate the 70th birthday of the Great Leader by his son Kim Jong Il, the Dear Leader.
