An annual Equity-Minded Education Workshop is offered to UC San Diego Resident Assistance and House Advisors to encourage critical reflection to promote an inclusive environment. The Tell Us How UC It timeline banners were featured to share the history of activism at UC San Diego as a way of establishing an understanding of the foundation for the campus climate. The training is abbreviated here as RA Equity Training.
