All subject data from the Human Connectome Project- Young Adult (HCP-YA) dataset were processed. This release contains timeseries parcellated using the Schaefer parcellation at resolutions ranging from 100 to 900 parcels. The fMRI data contain resting state and task data for both LR and RL polarity. For the resting state data, we use a bandpass filter of .009 Hz - 0.08 Hz and 0.009 Hz - 0.25 Hz for task data. This release contains outputs with and without Global Signal Regression (GSR). In addition to the timeseries data, we also include correlation connectome matrices for both GSR and non-GSR.
- Scope And Content
All data are in fixed point decimal formatted in plain text. The dimensions of the connectomes are [resolution, resolution]. The dimensions of the timeseries are [resolution, timepoints].
