Broadside issued by the viceroy of New Spain communicating regulations concerning the production of aguardiente. Sets forth locations where it is permissible to make this alcoholic beverage, and further stipulates that Mexican made aguardiente must be distringuishable from the Castillian product in two ways: the beverage must be white in color, and it must be transported in flat shaped containers ("de figura chata") called castañas, rather than in the rounded barrels used in Castilla
