SPANISH REFUGEES FLEE OVER FRENCH BORDER. -- The French frontiers are open to the refugee women and children of Spain, and pitiful scenes are to be witnessed as they pour across the border from their unhappy country. Picture received by air today shows general view of the mass of refugees passing through Le Perthus, in French territory from their unhappy country.
