Includes correspondence from San Francisco (1867) where Horton was promoting San Diego, deeds, leases, lists of lots in which Horton and Morse's shared an interest, records of Horton's account with Morse, and a list of lots Horton deeded for a proposed transcontinental railroad (1871).
