Allen, Richard (2021). CIL:36712, Paramecium multimicronucleatum, cell by organism, eukaryotic cell, Eukaryotic Protist, Ciliated Protist. In Cell Image Library. UC San Diego Library Digital Collections. Dataset. https://doi.org/10.6075/J0G73CMZ
- Description
-
The cytopharyngeal ribbons of microtubules tend to curve into a ‚ÄúC‚Äù shape away from the cytopharynx but they still remain connected as a ribbon and are heavily labeled by immunogold when exposed to anti-b-tubulin. TEM taken on 2/27/94 by R. Allen with Zeiss 10A operating at 80kV. Neg. 9,780X. Bar = 0.5µm.
