Chinese counter-culture merchants and workers in new market zone in Dali 3 of 3

A new large area has opened up in Dali with small shops, a few restaurants, music bars, cafes and on week- ends a street fair where Chinese who live outside of mainstream Chinese society earn a living. Some live in villages outside of Dali where life is much cheaper. This young man is from this group.
