Note on back: 14" pipe line on El Cajon Ave. Showing 8 bands for repairing leaks, one additional band is obscured by the 3'' pipe crossing the trench. These 9 leak bands are all located on a 9 1/2 foot length of the 14'' pipe. Dec. 4, 1916. Wilson Avenue Crossing.
