Oakland, California K. K. K. members posing unmasked next to the bed portion of a truck, decorated as a float for the July 4, 1924 parade through Richmond, California. One man costumed as Uncle Sam wearing a Klan cloak stands on the truck bed. Another member is holding sign with "OAK. 9" printed on it. On verso is stamped "C. V. Estey / Commercial Photographer / 462 20th St., Oakland, CAL. / Phone Oakland 2022"
