Peter Aru wears a tomangamanga

Peter Aru wears a 'tomangamanga' or a bustle and acknowledges the donation of a boar by touching the pig with the tip of his 'rungwe.' In pre-pacification times, men used 'rungwes' as fighting sticks/war clubs. Now, they are a sign of rank and respect in the context of the 'hungwe.'
