Inscription | The Horton Plaza in downtown San Diego has been the center of city interest since 1870. Facing it is the modern 500 room U.S. Grant Hotel, famed throughout the country for its excellent service. The war destroyed the beauty of this plaza + in 1946 it is to be completely remade - The fountain given by Louis J. Wild is to be removed. |
