Hao, Xuanting (2024). Data from: Quantifying Bioluminescent Light Intensity in Breaking Waves using Numerical Simulations. UC San Diego Library Digital Collections. https://doi.org/10.6075/J08052TD
- Description
-
This collection contains the source code and the data for the related publication. Here, the data includes the velocity, the volume fraction, and the velocity gradient, all interpolated onto a uniform Cartesian grid from the raw data on the adaptive mesh. The source code includes the Basilisk code for simulating the breaking waves and a Julia code for simulating bioluminescence.
