- Description

Caption from published source: George Daley. A self-made man like your Dad who worked his way up the hard way. We had many things in common -- went through two depressions and learned our lessons. He has been a contractor for 40 years, a banker, and, today, is on of the best contractors in our county, as well as a large-scale owner of land and cattle. We came near to getting into partnership in our younger days. The friendship from boyhood will continue to the end (Fletcher, 1952, p. 646).
