He Duoling, founding member of Scar Art, in Dali

He Duoling is considered one of China’s most talented realist painters. He was one of the founders of Scar Art during the early 1980s. He is also a pioneer of the contemporary Chinese lyrical realist painting. He lives and works in Chengdu. The photograph of He Duoling (center) with two young women was taken in front of a tea house in Dali.
