Transmission EM of cotyledons of wildtype Arabidopsis thaliana grown under a normal day/night light regime show the typical chloroplasts with thylakoid membranes organized as stacked grana and non-stacked stromal thylakoids. Other images in this group show the phenotype of the cep16 mutant.
