The spreadsheets are in Microsoft Excel format (Mac/PC). The following worksheets are included in each file:
Candidates - candidate names and party ballot listing per state
Vote Data by State - summarizes vote totals by state for each candidate, with boundary file information (fips)
Vote Data by County - vote data for all counties of all states plus DC, with boundary file information (fips)
Vote Data by Town - vote data for New England towns (ME, MA, CT, RI, VT, NH), with boundary file information (fips)
Graphs - pie charts for each state and national total.
Party - data sorted by strength at the state level for the major parties.
Statistics - page of statistics includes closest states, max, min, counties, etc.
Data Sources - a list of data sources used to compile the spreadsheet.

When a member of the organization terminates affiliation with the organization or a member’s affiliation with the organization is terminated by the organization, the member must destroy all personal copies of the Data.
DEFINITIONS: "Data" means the data files purchased and downloaded from Dave Leip’s Atlas of U. S. Presidential Elections. "Data Copies" means copies of all or any portion of the Data, including backups, updates, and merged or partial copies. "License" means the grant of certain limited rights to use the Data and Data Copies.
Dave Leip’s Atlas of U. S. Presidential Elections retains exclusive ownership of the copy of the Data.
The Data contains proprietary property of Dave Leip’s Atlas of U. S. Presidential Elections. The Data are owned by Dave Leip’s Atlas of U. S. Presidential Elections and are protected by United States copyright laws and applicable international copyright treaties and/or conventions.
USES PERMITTED: You may install the Data or portions of the Data onto permanent storage device(s) for your own internal use. You may make one (1) copy of the original Data for archival purposes unless the right to make additional copies is granted to you in writing by Dave Leip’s Atlas of U. S. Presidential Elections.
USES PROHIBITED: You may not copy, alter, modify, merge, reproduce, and/or create derivative works of the Data without express written permission by Dave Leip’s Atlas of U. S. Presidential Elections. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, assign, time-share, or transfer, in whole or in part, or provide unlicensed third parties access to the Data, any updates, or your rights under this Agreement. You may not remarket, resell, and/or redistribute the Data or any derived portion(s) of the Data to unlicensed third parties. You may not remove or obscure any Dave Leip’s Atlas of U. S.
