Interview with Whirligig Man (John Edward Forbuar on JEF) goes into international marketplace, cheap products, migrant farm labor among fruit harvest workers and his work to make the whirligig devices. Forbaur aspires to independence from government regulations and is proud that he uses American tools and saw for his own work. He is articulate and speaks well on camera while also being aware of his own social problems when in communities of people at times, “I got run out of Stockton.“ “Never had a family…44 years old.”
