Frank Bolen's New House

The Rodmans' neighbor and friend, Frank Bolen Toa went to Port Vila and found a good job at the Central Bank of Vanuatu, later called the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu. He and his family lived in Vila most of the year, but he built a fine-looking European-style house on the small rise behind the Rodmans' segment of Lovatuweliweli.
