Motion Instrumentation Control - One of the many modifications made on D/V Glomar Challenger while in drydock before starting Leg 26 of the Deep Sea Drilling Project was the installation of a new vessel motion instrumentation control on the bridge. The dynamic postioning automatic controls are shown at left.
