Continuation of Seabolt’s meeting with Niland residents as he goes into how the state land commission has the property for sale in reply to a question from the audience; also, B.L.M.’s involvement. The Q&A session doesn’t work well on a technical level since the mic is so distant from the people in audience. Focus is inconsistent, too, on camera for all three tapes (160-162) of these sequences.
