The database contains information on the fuel subsidy (diesel) program beneficiaries for the sardine resource in the northwestern states in Mexico from 2011 to 2017. The information is broken down by state, beneficiary name, amount in Mexican pesos, the fishing production of each beneficiary, and the respective economic value of the catch.

The data file was released publicly on 2020-01-24.
