Plaza de Panama and California Tower, Balboa Park, San Diego, California. The Plaza de Panama and California Tower is the entrance of the gateway to the famous Exposition buildings located in beautiful Balboa Park. These buildings are the finest examples of Spanish architecture in the world. The California Tower was designed by the world famous architect, Bertram Goodhue.
