Young boy, Eric, talks about school, living in L.A., moving to the Slabs, use of drugs. (This is a decent interview, but the spot on camera lense remains a persistent problem.) Anita Betha discusses the swap meet, being ticketed, teaching her kids how to “earn an honest dollar.” (As with Eric, this talk is also good, but technical problems do come into play at times.) Anita and another woman have a verbal jostle on-camera towards end of tape, which is kind of interesting. Glenda Phelps, the transsexual, begins talking at conclusion of tape.
