Embryology and art and how the later assist in the learning of the former have been intertwined for millennia. Although modern advancements in embryology and technology have been made, the importance of embryology and this key relationship remains. The goal of this project is to therefore make a series of new illustrations and review resources (review slides and interactive worksheets) using said illustrations to enhance cardiac and genitourinary embryology learning at UC San Diego School of Medicine. Out of 12 respondents from the first year class for the cardiac course, 75% were extremely satisfied with the illustrations, 41% with the review slides, and 42% with the interactive worksheet. 17% were not satisfied with the interactive worksheet. Overall, 67% of the surveyed students agreed or strongly agreed that their studying was made more efficient with these resources. The illustrations and review sources proved helpful with room for improvements
