Junipero Serra Museum, Old Town, San Diego, California - 11
June 1943. As far as I have heard this is one of the places the government has not appropriated as yet.
This beautiful building and the Presidio Park surrounding it, was a gift to the City of San Diego by Mr. George Marston, a leading citizen and pioneer merchant. The Museum houses the collection and records of the San Diego Historical Society. Presidio Park embraces the area of the site of the first Mission and settlement in California.
