During the Swan Song Expedition (1961) R/V Argo passes near "Fernandina Island", also known as Narborough Island, in the Galápagos Islands chain. It consists of a single large volcano, which rises to an elevation of 4500 feet (1400 m) and is probably the youngest volcano in the archipelago and is the most active. 1961.
