Training image data for: Environmental and ecological drivers of harmful algal blooms in the Southern California Bight
- The datasets include example images of marine protists and copepods. The images were collected by the Scripps Plankton Camera (http://spc.ucsd.edu/), located at the end of the Scripps Pier, La Jolla, CA, at the tide-dependent depth of approximately 3-4 m.

Data from: Improved Forecast Skill through the Assimilation of Dropsonde Observations from the Atmospheric River Reconnaissance Program
- This dataset are initial and boundary conditions generated by West-WRF implemented at Scripps Institution of Oceanography of UC San Diego for the Atmospheric River Reconnaissance dropsonde data denial experiments described in Zheng et al. 2021 (JGR). With this dataset, one should be able to repeat the WRF simulations for the NoDROP and WithDROP experiments using WRF V3.9.1.1.

Gas composition and fluorescence data for: Continuous Measurements of Volatile Gases as Detection of Algae Crop Health
- Approximately one month of gas composition data (from m/z 18-215) from three separate carboys averaged into 15-minute bins which was collected by chemical ionization mass spectrometry. Approximately one month of twice daily single point algae fluorescence grab samples as well as continuously collected algae fluorescence during each carboy infection period as described in the manuscript.
