    Gas composition and fluorescence data for: Continuous Measurements of Volatile Gases as Detection of Algae Crop Health

    • Approximately one month of gas composition data (from m/z 18-215) from three separate carboys averaged into 15-minute bins which was collected by chemical ionization mass spectrometry. Approximately one month of twice daily single point algae fluorescence grab samples as well as continuously collected algae fluorescence during each carboy infection period as described in the manuscript.
