- Description
-
This object contains research dataset used to study seasonal changes in gravel berm topography and subsurface sediments in Torrey Pines State Beach and South Carlsbad State Beach in San Diego North County, California. The dataset includes mixed sand-gravel (MSG) and pure-gravel (PG) layer boundary (MSG_PG_Boundary.zip) in XYZ format (nav83 and navd88), elevation (navd88) versus PG layer grain size (mm) data (grain_size_data.zip), ground penetrating radar raw data (gpr_data.zip) in RD7 format collected using a MALA GPR system, and beach elevation maps in geotiff format.
