Description

This collection contains quantification of norovirus GII, a specific genotype of norovirus, via Droplet Digital Polymerase Chain Reaction (ddPCR) for the Tijuana River estuary. Samples were collected over time for locations near the mouth of the Tijuana River and along the coast of Border Field State Park, Imperial Beach, and Silver Strand Beach.
