Salinity is excluded since it was only available for 5 of 93 moorings. Measured depths are provided where available, otherwise depths are estimated from deployment plan/name (e.g. ##-50 = 50m). ----- ADCPS - Current Meter data files ----- all_adcp_10min.mat - 10 min averaged data from all ISDE ADCP Current Meters all_adcp_60min.mat - 60 min averaged data from all ISDE ADCP Current Meters Velocity (m/s) is given as u = positive towards EAST, v = positive towards TRUE NORTH. Measured depths (m) are provided where available, otherwise depths are estimated from deployment (e.g. ##-50 = 50m). ---- TIME ---- 1-2s data files are averaged down to 1 minute. 20/30/60 second data are processed as follows: - Lowpass filter using PL64 filter (see below) with 20- or 120-minute cutoff - Subsample data at 10- or 60-minute time steps. All times are in UTC. --------- FILTERING --------- In addition to unfiltered, the data are de-meaned and filtered into four frequency bands using the PL64 filter described in Rosenfeld, 1983 WHOI technical report 85-35, pg.21.
