Ocean broadband downhole seismometer seen against the rail of the D/V Glomar Challenger (ship) all set for submersion on Leg 65 of the Deep Sea Drilling Project. This instrument served the role for an oblique seismic experiment, a hydrofracture test in oceanic basement, and an electric resistivity experiment during the cruise. 1979.
