For Isotherm CSV Files, the instructions are the same as those for the main data set. Graph the [Mean Molecular Area] (x-axis) vs [Surface Pressure] (y-axis). Row 2 contains the units, Row 3 contains the type of salt. Each Data set is grouped in two columns (X and Y axis) For Spectra CSV File, graph the Wavenumber (x-axis) vs Transmittance (y-axis). Row 3 contains the concentration of the DPPC solution from which the C=O spectra originates from. For the Calibration CSV Files, the data set is grouped into 2 sets. The first set are the four different DPPC solutions, graph their concentration (x-axis) vs the mean peak area (y-axis). This then fit to a linear line. The peak areas of the unknown concentration samples are located in column H and are plugged into the equation to get the concentration. This value is then placed in Col A rows 9 & 10 and graphed as 2 data points.
