Ambong removes spine of lap lap leaf

Behind Ambong, his young sons prepare a chicken to add to the lap lap. Chickens are not often eaten; they are not easy to procure because they are not kept in pens; they are free-range chickens, fed occasionally and otherwise wild. Ambong prepares the leaves for the ingredients of the lap lap.
