Contouring treatment volumes and nearby organs at risk (OARs) is a key task for any radiation oncologist. Unfortunately, studies have shown not only a significant variability in inter-observer contouring, but that these variations have a negative impact on patient outcomes. Guidelines have been developed in an attempt to standardize the process, but they are difficult to disseminate, and thus contouring variability persists. eContour is a free, online, interactive contouring resource that aims to improve and standardize the contouring education process. It is important to quantify the use and efficacy of eContour to assess the impact of this intervention. The key goals of the project were: 1) Quantify the dosimetric impact of the improved contouring seen in a randomized trial of radiation oncology residents using eContour; 2) Characterize the userbase of the eContour website
